(DIV-2) Inspection/Testing & Certification of Unfired Pressure Vessel’s &
Unfired Pressure Vessel - Air Receiver
SAFE STAR competent to carry out Functional test and safety accessories test of any pressure equipment. SAFE STAR conducts periodic Inspection includes but not limited to Functionality test, Internal test and Integrity test ( to examine the external and internal surface conditions), Proof Test( to evaluate the resistance of pressure performed using Water (hydrostatic test ) / Air ( Pneumatic test) & other Non-destructive Testing (if required) recommended standards as approved by Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC), Dubai Municipality (DM) & Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) of the pressure equipment.
Fired Pressure Vessel – Boiler’s
External Inspection : As complete an examination as can be reasonably made of the external surfaces and safety devices while the boiler or pressure vessel is in operation. The safety appliances included but not limited to Rupture disk device, Safety relief valve, Temperature limit control, Pressure limit control, Major gas train controls, Low water cutoffs, Flame supervisory unit (igniter), High and low gas pressure switches, Trial for ignition limiting timer (15 seconds).

(DIV. 03) INSPECTION, TESTING AND CERTIFICATION OF LIFTING GEARS :-
Lifting accessories are pieces of equipment that are used to attach the load to lifting equipment, providing a link between the two. The accessories / loose lifting gear needs to undergo physical examination and load test as per the recommended standards to ensure safe operation. Upon successful completion of the required test, an Inspection report will be provided to indicate compliance of the equipment and machineries with safety requirements and its fitness for use. When the equipment and machineries does not comply with the requirements of the relevant standard, an Inspection report shall be issued, the full description as to why the equipment and machinery failed the Inspection.

We appoint safety personnel on key positions to different companies, And also our testing division also supplies test superintendents on time factor.
As you know, the inspection & tests are required by Municipality safety section / JAFZ safety authority & U.A.E. Ministry of labor.
The quality of inspection & test should be similar for all bodies performing the tests should they follow the Specified British Standards & Municipality Guidelines, but still it varies from firm to firm depending on the equipment & materials used to do each job.
Once you get our certificate THAT YOUR EQUIPMENT IS SAFE FOR USE, you will definitely rely on that equipment even for critical use to give peak performance.
